A card for ONAM festival!

ONAM is a state festival celebrated by the people of Kerala, India. It is the rice harvest festival and the Festival of Rain Flowers. The festival commemorates the Vamanaavatar of Vishnu and the subsequent homecoming of the legendary Emperor Mahabali. It is believed that Asura King Mahabali visits his people on that day from the Underworld.

My 1st attempt with digital stamp!

The image was my first trial with digital stamps. With no big branded coloring mediums, I colored it with Faber Castell color pencils.

My 1st Box card

I have been trying to do a box type card for a long time. Sometimes I didnt get an idea, sometimes I didnt like the way it turned out. And, Finally this one turned out Ok and I liked it.

Am sending it to my sister-in-law who will b getting engaged in two days.
