A Birthday card for a lil princess!!!!

This is a card I created for a cute little girl in our family, my niece who is turning one this week…



Entering this into the following challenge:

1. ITSY BITSY challenge - All that Glitters 
    Have used Glitter strips from ITSY BITSY for the Border. Glitter glue for highlighting elements
2. Play Date Cafe Challenge -  Pretty in Pastel
